Water Festival

A water festival is an event or celebration that revolves around water-related activities, such as water sports, cultural performances, and educational programs. Water festivals can vary in nature and purpose, but they often aim to promote water resource awareness, conservation, and community engagement.

However, the 2023 Water Festival has finally returned to the capital and has been scheduled from November 26th-28th, 2023, in front of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh along the scenic Tonlé Sap River.

On Bon Om Touk, I go to my hometown at Takeo province. On that day, I will go to the pagoda because it is a due date of  Kathin Day. Every year , there are a lot of people join the celebration and there also have few events such as fireworks, lanterns, lights lanterns, and etc. I really enjoy Bon Om Touk day because I can relax from my studies and have a great day with my family.
